Diary of a Southern Shop Lady: The Ending of a Great Year 2013

Hey Y'all

Today is Christmas, the day of our Savior's birth. I had a wonderful time with my family this afternoon, my Granny's fabulous cooking and playing games. I want to take this time to look back over the past year, I am so grateful for every single one of my customers. The ones who shop online and the ones who come in the store. I am so grateful for y'all!

This holiday season has been incredibly busy! I am so thrilled our locals are seeing the need and benefit of keeping it local. It has really been a fabulous time! I have loved helping pick out gifts with you for your loved one, wrapping and chatting about the festivities. I really do love what I do.

Every year I make a mental resolutions list, but I usually don't make it past the first month. This year my list is simple.

1) Look for the good in everyone & every situation
2) Don't sweat the small stuff
