The Ending of a Great Year 2013

Hey Y'all

Today is Christmas, the day of our Savior's birth. I had a wonderful time with my family this afternoon, my Granny's fabulous cooking and playing games. I want to take this time to look back over the past year, I am so grateful for every single one of my customers. The ones who shop online and the ones who come in the store. I am so grateful for y'all!

This holiday season has been incredibly busy! I am so thrilled our locals are seeing the need and benefit of keeping it local. It has really been a fabulous time! I have loved helping pick out gifts with you for your loved one, wrapping and chatting about the festivities. I really do love what I do.

Every year I make a mental resolutions list, but I usually don't make it past the first month. This year my list is simple.

1) Look for the good in everyone & every situation
2) Don't sweat the small stuff

Styling: Leggings & Besitos Stocking Stuffers

Hey Y'all!

Just a quick update...

Last Saturday was Small Business Saturday, and it was super awesome. I am so grateful for all of our local customers who came out and shopped with us. It was a fun fun time. Needless to say, when I got home I was wiped out..which is fine by me! I am so very thankful for those who got out and supported their local businesses. I've spoken with other small business owners, and they had a wonderful day as well. So a big big THANK YOU to our locals!

Today we are going to style leggings and boots. This is one of my most favorite cold weather trends. I hope it will be one of yours too! Here are some examples around the store...We will also be getting in several dresses this week that are going to be perfect for this trend that are not pictured, so stop by the shop :)

State Pride Tshirts & Holiday Ideas

Hey Y'all!

Its that time of the year! I usually wait and decorate for Christmas the weekend after Thanksgiving but I've been on a roll this year. Thanksgiving decor went up in September and Christmas went up in mid November....

One of my favorite things about Christmas is wrapping gifts. I think its important to pay attention to the detail, even if the paper only stays on for a few mins...Its something to express yourself and how you feel about the person unwrapping it. Make each one unique and special, Christmas only last for one day you know :) However, if you don't have time to wrap your gifts, we always offer free gift wrap at Besitos.
